The Abyss of Nothingness

Lost in the abyss of nothingness,
The wanderlust mind rendered amiss,
Limp and thrown into the impenetrable fog,
Like a dew drop trickling down,
The moist leaves before the drought.

Eyes clouded and paths murky,
Like the endless night bathing in its glory,
The silence tick tocks in deafening noise,
A rustle,
A far away chime,
Of the fleeing train cutting through the dreaming town.

Invisible figures danced with taunt laughter,
Feasting by the gormandizing devils left after,
Unseen events not understood by those with eyes,
Eyes that are clouded,
And lost in the abyss of nothingness.
